And of course there's the fact that I live in a small town in Alberta and get to work with great people in Montreal. And go to Daytona. :D

And about the not saving the world thing. It's worth mentioning that the porn industry has been in the forefront of a lot of legal challenges and has probably contributed a lot to freedom of speech around the world. Porn is something that people get very passionate about whether they love it or hate it. Maybe porn won't save the world, but I think it just might be argued that it has made it a better place. The simple fact that people mostly want the freedom to look at porn on the net has helped to squash quite a few big brother type laws. Just my 2 cents.

I couldn't agree with you more... I have seen changes in the mainstream originating from adult as well as various program adaptations from adult to mainstream and that's just in mainstream.

One prime example, and correct me if I'm wrong, is the popup... I believe the first to invent and use it was adult.. Yet who do you suppose now has a patent on it?

Oh yeah. I have this great idea for a "candy". It's a little text file that goes on the surfers computer and it contains things like information on which banner he clicked. I might even do something totally off the wall and invent a "candy" controlled popunderover.
