Got a big weekend .. need to prepare
Got a big weekend coming up. A couple of girls have asked me to keep sat. and sun. open for a wild threesome weekend.. With all this talk of cleansing and wieght training .. I am starting to feel a bit sluggish ..
What do you people do to prepare yourself for a sex marathon ? ... I wonder if goin to the gym woiuld be a little too late... As I'll probably be in Pain by the weekend from working out too much ... Really I just need to bring up my tolorence level .. to say that of a 10 year old choir boy |
Be like Rocky. Break half a dozen raw eggs into a big glass and down the whole thing.

Awwww, I'm just playful. :) I'm really happy right now. And hyper. (not sure why) I also have a headache.
|
He can dream :)
Working out harder may actually hinder your performance, so light meals and plenty of water will keep you hydrated. Enjoy the love fest :) |

Sin...a "headache cure" given to me by a tech who was giving me an EEG at the time, who'd been through the whole bit for migraines, said a nurse told *her* to go have a cup of coffee and a couple of aspirin. It's a killer knockout combo for headache relief. I've used it...in fact, just a cup of coffee helps me.
Vid...Newton gave you good advice. Eat light, but healthy, and keep yourself hydrated. Drink lots of fluids, but nothing carbonated. (Gas can be...er...awkward...under your "weekend plans." Unless, of course, the ladies have excellent senses of humor...something which is to be hoped anyway, of course.) :) |

Migraines are indeed the worst of the worst. I get them. I've had them last for as long as three days. After a while - when I consider then reject putting the throbbing head in the oven - it just gets to be a part of me. I can only lay quietly in the dark for so long before saying "oh, fuck this" and getting up and going back to life.
That and the care and concern of four cats and a small dog are a bit much. I can hardly yell at them or push them away. They always know when something's wrong. |

I am SO sorry Vid, truly I am, although at the same time I can't help but think you should feel somewhat honored, in an odd way. It is RARE (in fact this is the first time that I can recall) that a thread I post in, comes OFF the topic of sex. Interesting indeed, if I may say so... lol |
LOL .. No worries ...

Trev...chocolate gives a lot of people migraines. It's one of the standard "triggers" to look for. With some people, certain foods trigger migraines. With others, the caffiene in the chocolate, as well as I'm sure the emotional and psychological boost chocolate gives, eases the pain. One can go into massive "headache treatment studies," suffer through them all, and come out with "we have no idea why you have headaches." I did that long ago. I had every test known to science at the time - some of which were downright unpleasant, too - and the end result was a shoulder shrug by the doctor. I had a massive list of things I *didn't* have (which was comforting) but they didn't find one reason for me to be having such horrific headaches. And of course, since they found no cause, they found no cure. Luckily, the headaches are sporadic, so the last thing I need is another daily medication "just in case." I've got quite enough of those, thank you very much. I figure that when they hit, I gather my coping skills together and carry on. Oddly - and this is documented - Chihuahuas are among the breeds of dogs that know when something bad is either about to happen or happening. I had one of my seizures not too long ago and Dingo came firing over to monitor me. (My seizures are very quiet and triggered by anxiety attacks. I don't lose consciousness and I can hear, but I can't move, see or speak. If I don't topple out of my chair, one would think I'd fallen asleep.) For a long time afterward, Dingo sat peering intently into my eyes as if she could see something inside me. She knows when I have a headache, too, or if my pain level is high. She rockets up into my lap and does the "intent stare" thing. They've trained dogs to be companions to epileptics, because the dogs get the warning signal and can guide the epileptic to a safe place to have a seizure. Dogs also can sense the "aura" and all the preliminary bullshit that happens with migraines. So can cats, but unfortunately, what cats do to an "injury" is lick it. Few things are more horrible than having a migraine and a well-meaning cat on your head licking your hair. Mattie does that and so does Del. They hold my head down with two firm paws (and claws) and lick until I want to die. But...as they say...Love Hurts. :) I now return you to lots of happy sex talk.... :) |

You're a sweetie. I have a *big* problem with red wine. It gives me an immediate headache. It doesn't even have the decency to wait until the next day. Two or three sips into a glass...and whammo.... White wine doesn't do it and neither does "blush," but red...yikes. The sad part is I adore red wine...cabernet, merlot, pinot noir...but they're just not drinkable. So what does my husband's college Learning Team give him to thank him for doing all the work on a project? Two bottles of wine: one cabernet, one pinot noir. Good bottles, too. (It was one of those "everybody in the group gets the same grade" projects, and my husband guards his 4.0 average like a maniac...the whole "Learning Team" system at this university SUCKS. He works for the university, and hence gets free tuition, in case anyone was wondering why he's even involved with this bunch of idiots.) Boy, when we hijack a thread, it is royally and soundly hijacked. :) |
Funnily enough when I am part of a thread hijacking, it is to turn a thread sexual, not take a sexual thread & unsex it... lol
