People, of course the test is bogus. It's a great marketing tool for a dating site though, you got to give them credit for that!

P.S. BTW I don't know from where these tests are coming from, but my 8 y.o. son is easily solving similar ones in the school. This is not a joke.

Agree. As I already said earlier, all the tests are too simply even for children and they are not intended for adults IMHO. Here are just 2 sample tests from preliminary school’s program (they are intended for 8 y.o. children):

1. There are 5 red and 3 blue balls in the box.
a) We took 2 random balls from the box. Is it true to say that both balls have a same color?
b) How many balls we have to take out from the box to be sure that at least two of them have a same color?

2. There are two weights on 1st bowl of scales: 3 kilogram's and 5 kilogram's. The 2nd bowl of scales holds a melon and a weight which is 2 kilogram's. What is a weight of that melon?

Can you correctly answer to the both questions above? Don't you think they are a little bit harder that those ones at http://www.emode.com/tests/uiq. This makes me think that we have checked an IQ according to child's tests :D :D :D

Whew, I'm glad I'm not the only one who saw the irony there! Last time I took an IQ test it was at U of I and I got a 168 but as cool as that sounds IQ tests really are not all that meaningful in my opinion. They cater to a particular type of thinking and high or low scores on such a test doesn't speak very accurately to one's true intelligence.

Got 142 on this one and had same 2 years ago when i did same test.

What's funny about IQ tests is first one My parents had me do when I got kicked out of private school.

I went to the place downtown montreal when I was 15. It was the real deal with guys in white suits showing you pictures asking questions about it.... Making stuff with blocks and different shape objects...

Well what I did is I smoked a big fat joint right before going and still scored over 140. Oh and I actually had to take over a year of highschool that same year.

I just took the test over making sure to answer each question as INCORRECTLY as possible. Do it that way yielded a 72.
