Mine is a very simple Wacom 4x5 penpartner, I've had it for 4 years. Still it's a pretty good investment for 100$ (canadian) ! I've done a lot of photoshop drawings with it, here's the last one I worked on (it's unfinished of course and a lot smaller than my source file) :

That's pretty nice. I don't do anything close to that good but I still use it all the time for everything.
