Hiya,

since I'm not yet more than a year in this biz (at least not on a such active base) I just wonder how sales fluctuations during x-mas / new year are.

Do you notice generally nothing, a drop of sales or more sales than usually?

If you put a little more time in this time of year, you'll reap the benefits of peope home surfing on holiday vacations, Colledge Students home, and of course all the new people who just got brand new computers.
Mix that with the ever growing presence of internet shopping and you'll experience a nice increase. Make sure you diversify, Try some mainstream stuff this time of year and whatever porn your pushing, put a xmas feel to it! A porn site membership is a great stocking stuffer!

Well, I just think that people buying presents for lovers, family, friends probably won't spend that much on porn but then a friend has a different opinion... so we made a bet and I'd just like to know whether your profit increases or decreases.... I'll see how we will go...

I'd have to agree with DK in that if you "dress up" your sales pitch to reflect the season, you'll do very well.
However, this can be said for other holidays or events during the year too. Even the Superbowl! :cool:
