concerning the people's right to
petition the government for redress of grievances
a constitutional right (USA), and the court case
that is in motion and has yet to be decided in court
it is a class action, and people (US citizens) can join it
I am joining it as a named plaintiff myself
in addition to my being a member of and volunteer for
