I think it is and if it doesn' cost that much I think I'm gonna buy one.

You would probably get just as much info. online by digging and reserching for free without buying a book.
Think about it, if the information was that great why wouldn't the guy use it and keep the secret to himsefl to profit.
Same ollll story. If something is to good to be true, it probably it :)
