Anyone live in/ been to Quebec?

a friend is thinking about taking his gf up there for a long weekend. he's looking for places to go, cool things to do (think he's trying to make this romantic and whatnot... look at leaves stuff). he's 25, she's somewhere around there. any advice is appreciated. gracias :)
