here's the scoop, got raided, arrested, am in jail now,
what the fuck happened? was doin some video shoots,
here i am now, using my call from jail to post this message
at this board, and im am looking at some hard time in prison

how did i go from paradise to persecution overnight?
nothing illegal at the location, with the people, with the
production of the videos, and so on, but some kids climbed
trees to try too see inside my residence of what we were doing?

is this why i was raided and arrested and am in jail now
looking at an unknown length of time in prison in Panama?

well you can all celebrate now because i wont be able to post from prison i guess

So how's his case going?

it's not over yet, he is on house arrest,
can't leave the country and can't work,
the case is not yet decided in the courts there.

his legal defense fund is still crucially needed

it is my understanding that the judge gave
some imnstructions to the prosecutor to
basically provide some amplifying information
to say what is the deal here with him, and what the
case is presently with Mr. Salaff as to what crime,
and why it is in court as the judge said they can't see
what case that has been made against him so far, what it's about.

Stephano is still in there. I stayed at Tristan house in Bordeaux this past summer, he's one of the actors that got out. he was telling me about the whole ordeal in graphic detail... First off Prison in panama isn't anything like here. I heard horror stories .. Tristan and many other Actors, directors and producers in France, have donated all proceeds form certain productions to pay for a legal team to help these poor souls.

for the info I gathered from tristan and others that were there .. the Gov't just wanted a skape goat ! ... Cus every one got exzonerated (spelling?) ... except for Yanik, whose till in jail ... (according to the last info I got in mid fall)

Boards have "personalities" just like people. Some are compassionate and others revel in the misfortunes of others. Some take things seriously, some do not.

You have to be very careful where you post messages that are of great personal importance to you or you risk getting kicked in the teeth...something you really don't need right now.

The thread wasnt what was being attack, the person posting it was, get it straight LC.
