ePassporte Question

I have tried twice emailing ePassporte's customer support to try and find out if their company is US based or offshore

I am obvioulsy asking this to know if they report transactions to any US agencies

Does anyone here know, or does anyone have a contact at ePassporte who could find out?

i know - their CS is way horrible via email - but their system does rock
