I've been doing the online banking thing for years now. I think I may have been one of the original online bank customers when Royal first came out with it, and now I don't know how I lived without it. The only reason I go to the bank now is for making deposits.

Now I just hate it when I'm at the ATM and some knob is taking forever because he's paying his bills and updating his bank-book!

I feel your pain.

Its not so bad when they actually have operations to do on the machine. What kills me is the lady who takes the time to setup her purse perfectly before steping asside or people making deep analysis of their bank-book while others are waiting.

Or even worse, the person who does all of the above, when you're in a hurry for some fast case at the ATM, and it's Saturday evening, 10pm.

I mean what idiot feels the need to pay their cable bill at that hour??
