there was a case like that not too long ago someplace like Michigan. Same consivitive judges ruling. If I recall, the difference was that the boy was not a minor and the girl was a couple months away from not being a minor. The boy ended up with jail time for CP.

how friggen stupid is that... If there was a gun in the room, they should also be booked for murder as they 'could' have used it to kill somebody. Don't these people have real criminals to go after?! |
