Traffic court today
 

I have to go to traffic court today.
I got a ticket back in March of last year that I contested, and my hearing is today.

It's for going through a red light. I admit when I'm wrong, that's why I'm fighting this one. It's all up to the judge.

dude, traffic court is a road tax. doesn't matter if you're right, you're going to pay it.

use the male plea that all colors end with an "ish" - eg, the traffic light was sort of yellowish to redish when i went thru - if the judge is male he'll buy it - if a woman than , oh who am i kidding, they only use woman judges for domestic things

I agree with you, it's very organized here. I mean who drives 50km/ph on the service road? Right... nobody. So set up a few cruisers on a side road and rake 'em in.

I have won in traffic court before. I don't know how I'll do today (it's 50/50) but win or lose I'll let ya know. ;)

Good luck! You could always ask to be put under advisement, but that could be a US thing. I did that once and didn't have to pay a thing. Then again, that was my first and last time in traffic court.

Here just showing up and changing your plea to no-contest will save you half the ticket price and result in no points, if you have a decent driving record.
