Time for a change

I know you will all be sad to see it go ... but it's time I change my avatar once more ...

I noticed that after vegas alot of people started posting avatars with they're face on it .. so Time to join the mass .. somewhat ...

I still have to be .. Take a serious look at my avater and tell me what you see .. you might be surprised ... :D

Man I can't seem to bring this new avatar under 36 000 bytes .. Without it looking like shit .. ANy ideas on how to compress it?

Or Maybe Evil can lift the 25 000 Byte rule ... I can't even use it, even if I host the avatar
