I had the lack of pleasure of doing construction business with him a few years back. He is the kind of slime that thinks if you make a profit on a job... then he was somehow undercompensated.

His father was a heck of a guy from people I know who did business with him. I never understood why people think he is such a business genius when his father left him roughly 50 million dollars and several choice pieces of Manhattan real estate. There are plenty of people who can make a fortune if you start them off with 50 mil and a few acres in NYC...
