for the price we're selling it now, that's its value, if we fix everything then we have to sell it much higher.

good luck hun. Also selling an empty place may be difficult. You might want to look at giving the house a bit of a facelift with new paint and some furniture (your own or rented) to sell it so people can invision its potential.

actually we emptied on purpose, since who was visiting it could not understand its potential... exactly the opposite!
