Greatest Shootout Scene In A Movie...
 

This clip is a spoiler of sorts for the great japanese flick "Battle Royale"

The plot is: a group of 42 9th graders are dropped off on an island, fitted with exploding neck collars and forced to kill each other off until there is only one left.

That was pretty damn good... A little reminiscent of that final scene in Reservoir Dogs where they all fall down at the same time.

The Matrix Lobby Shootout is the first shootout scene that comes to mind for me.

Battle Royale is a fantastic movie. Loved it.

So far as greatest shootout, Heat has to be mentioned though.

That is a classic!

Some of the shooting scenes in Butch Cassidy & The Sundance Kid are pretty good too.
That has to rank in my top 10 favourite movies.

Nothing beats the scene in Heat.

Bank scene in heat gets my vote as well.
