I'm wandering how cold could it be there to have so much ice all over the place :confused:

Looks like Quebec in 1998. It doesn't need to be that cold, there just need to be extraordinary weather conditions where you have rain that freezes(around 0 celcius).

LOL . Back in 98 i was with the cbc, and Shot from a military helicopter to show the devistantion .. It was pretty impresive i must say .. I've been to lots of desaster areas in my carreer .. but Ice storms are the coolest looking by far

The 98 storm was insane.. I remember seeing it on the news and seeing everything just frozen.. it looked crazy.

Wasn't this from Russia or Europe from last year? Some Ice storm that hit with high winds and it blew up the canal water onto the cars?

Looks like its water picked up off the lake (ocean?) next to the road and splashed up on the cars and trees.

The picture is the result of the Swiss Ice Storm from 2005.
