9 Years!!!

I had my last cigarette on this date in 1998.

Wanted to shout it from the rooftops as I consider this my single most significant healthy lifestyle change I ever made.

I'll be honest... I still get a wicked craving but very very rarely (couple times a year). Even after this long and how sickening the smell of cigarettes is to me...

I have an addictive personality and smoked for about 12 years... If I can quit, just about anyone can.

That’s awesome LAJ!!! Your right…if you can do it....I can do it. I have quit in the past but the longest I have ever gone was a year....It can be very difficult but not impossible...you have motivated me to quit again...this time I hope it's for good...it’s such a nasty habit.<O:p</O:p
