2257 compliance notice for a sexy dating site ?

Hello everyone!

I'm having a question concerning the 2257. i'm working on a .php script where people will upload sexy pictures of themselves. it's a sexy dating agency, so no sex scene pictures. do i will need the 2257 compliance on the site ?
I'm not the primary producer of these pictures but i prefer asking!
I went to the AVN 2 years ago and i even went to the conference given about the 2257 and it still confusing my head ! lol

As i 'm a newbie any help woulb be appreciate

Yes, to be safe you would need to comply with 2257.
