Im talking about all the fucking SPAM i get all day long in my email accounts coming from my ISPs...

Dont they have a way to control this stuff by now?? Its so out of hand..

I use Gmail. It can pick up from any pop3 account and screens my email pretty damn good.

I have been hesitant to start using gmail, but now more and more it seems like a viable option.
I know it controls spam quite well too.

The thing is, I use several POP accounts all the time and I keep control of the data that comes in to my email client (I use Eudora). I have over 6 years of emails and I wouldn't want to lose any of that data. I'm not sure I'd be able to control it so well if I were to use gmail.

I'm tired of people selling off my email addresses. I get spam on addy's that I only use to sign up for programs the last few months.

I recently started getting quite a bit of porn spam. Not sure why but it's way more than the non-adult spam lately.

Hooray for gmail! O.k., so I'm a geek, but give it a try, it's excellent, for spam and for lots of other things.
