I'm making an offer on a house that I love tonight!

I decided to sell the one I have now, it's way too big (5 bedrooms) for one person and way too expensive for me as well.

I found this adorable twin house that I absolutely LOOOVE and hopefully, I'll get it!

I'm going to miss my house that I have now though... It's a huge house, 5 bedrooms, 40 000 sqft of land, etc etc But it's too big for just me. I'm single, no kids, and one income as well... I'm hoping to get around 240 000$ for mine.

The house I have my eye on is not as luxurious, not as fancy, but it's going to be mine and I'll make it look cute and I like the old style and it is just right for me and my dogs. The yard is just the perfect size and all fenced too!
