The only thing I can think of is a good Imaging program. Or ...
A few years back sony had a digital camcoreder that took stills and had a nigt night shot .. The night shot actually could see through a layer of clothes during the day .. Only the first few hundred cameras manifactured did this .. Sony quickly got wind of the feature and made the nessary changes to stop it form happening .. However there are still a few hundred of these camerazs in circulation .. Can't remember the model number .. Virtumike had one that actually worked

yeah... I fully believe there's a clothing manufacturer out there that makes dresses for people to go out and get arrested in for indecent exposure.... and I bet all the women are really eager to wear them....
