America's Oldest Man Died
America's oldest man dies at 113
February 25 2003 at 10:12PM Washington - The oldest living American man has died at the age of 113 after smoking cigars, drinking beer and eating greasy food for much of his life, a news report said on Tuesday. John McMorran of Lakeland, Florida, died of heart failure on Monday, the daily Lakeland Ledger reported. McMorran quit smoking at the age of 97 but continued to enjoy coffee and life. ---------------- ...I now have scientific proof to convince my wife that my cigars and pints of stout are a solid diet plan for the future. |
That's amazing... Now ya have to wonder, if he was a health nut and ate only the most healthy foods, didn't smoke or drink...
Would he have lived that long? |
My Guinness, My Goodness!
I'm well on my way to breaking the his record. I feel much better about the happy hour margaritas that turned into the cigar smoking, Guinness guzzling, neck bending (women) bender with you last Friday. I should just introduce Guinness to the dialysis machine and cut out the middle man - |
Speaking of Guinness.... we're having a vote up here in Canada.
Should St-Patrick's Day become a national holiday? http://www.guinnessvote.ca/ |
We are all born with an expiration date. His was quite a long time.

We all begin to die the minute we are conceived. We might as well enjoy life to the fullest no matter how we choose to live it.
Imagine the stories that guy could tell and the knowledge he gained in 113 years. People can learn a lot from some of the elderly if they take the time to listen. <img src="http://smilies.sofrayt.com/%5E/r/biggrininvert.gif" width="15" height="15"> Panky |
