I like Barack from what I know of him. His wife (in fact both potential 1st ladies) makes me cringe though.

Barack can at least inspire a new mode of thinking, new ideas may not come to fruit in the first draft form but there can be potential there to do good.

And I'd take a bulldog Biden over that sham of a vp candidate Palin anyday.

Palin is looking like more of a joke every day from what I am seeing and reading. I still don't know much about her though.

Funny thing is that both sides blame the other for the current problems and that's to be expected in politics. It happens up here too.

I actually listened to the whole now famous Obama speach the other day, and I must admit it was quite something. Filled with hope and anger (they kind that provokes change). I enjoyed it very much, let's have some positivism at the White House for a change, I'm no American but I am quite tired of the actual fear inducing politics. Anyway... good luck to him.
