Is another recession on the way?
 

The economy sucks both in Canada and the US they say we might have to endure another recession. It's pretty scary when you look at your port folio and it keeps dropping down. Can we pull out of this? Anyone else nervous? Does this affect your vote for the upcoming elections? :geez: I was surprise to see the price of gaz so low this morning. What can we expect in the next few months? I'm hoping it won't come to this.

Your thoughts?

I would think that we are on the brink. I don't think there is anything any political party can do right now to prevent the inevitable.
Britain and EU banks are in trouble as well as Japan.

The bright side is we always pull out of it.
The bigger question is will anything be learned from this? They call the 80's the time of excess and then look what happened in the 90's then for the last 5 years it was another time of even more excess and now look where we are at.

Another recession? We haven't made it through this one....

Times are tough and hopefully they won't get much tougher.
My portfolio is taking a killing right now. :(

i don't foresee it getting any better... seems like tens of thousands of publicized layoffs every day still

Gas prices have dropped a little, but who knows what that cold mean.

I am feeling it a little in the pocket book, but I think we can turn it around.

I thought we were already in recession ..
