How to get a car door opened
 

my car door is frozen shut !!! .. we got ice rain last night .. Now I can't open the f%$#%$ door .. any ideas ?

a bucket of hot water?

(I'm a native floridian so I'm clueless)

squirt on it?

LOL . the hardest freeze seems to be around the window (the rubber) .. I'm afraid tha hot water can shatter the window .. the car has a solid sheet of ice on it about half an inch thick

or ... I can use the car starter let the car run till the heater melts the ice ...

or you can use your man hammer and crack that sh*t open!

try getting in on the other side.... bust the ice carefully, don't damage the paint job.

Once you're in, run it with full heat for about half an hour and it'll loosen up. It's not all that cold out there now anyway.
