I don't know, it worked a couple of times, I'd say it got it right, 2/5 times. But it is still mysterious.

the only time it does not work is if you can't add and subtract. It is impossible for it to not work.

Here is a hint. Pick any number that is a multiple of 9, memorize the graphic associated with it, then hit refresh.

Second hint, all multiples of 9 have the same graphic.
