We just found out that Alertpay has terminated payment processing for our Adult DVD sales this week.

No warning, and when we signed up several months ago - they were very welcoming of Adult business.

Anyone else affected?

Also, can anyone recommend a backup processor for hard-goods (DVDs) that is any good? I'm looking for DEAD easy integration & QUICK approval.

We have been looking at Netpay as an alternative.

Hopefully you get a resolution quickly.

That's terrible, what a way to start the new year. Very unprofessional to keep merchants high and dry like that. Good luck finding a repleacement processor.
