Just like Canada!

It was forty-five degrees this morning when I went out for my hour long run this morning. Made me think of you all of my Northern Friends.

How cold does it really get up there?

45? That's actually a nice cool morning. Perfect for a jog.

The past several mornings around here have been in the high 30s with frost on the ground.

I just got back to the North East in the last week. Surprisingly I am not overly opposed to the cooler temps. Today is pretty nice! Yesterday it was 10 in the t Dot.

I was nice. A little bit cold when I started, but nice.

By the end of the day I went running three times yesterday, including an hour and a half stint last night at 6pm or so.

Well, I've been living in Toronto about 12 years. It gets up to -30 degrees Celcius sometimes.
