We're on our way to Cabane a Sucre (sugar shack) I haven't eaten anything all day! I'm going to eat like a pig...lol :hungry: I LOVE this of year!

Of course I'm going to pay for it tomorrow at the gym...lol but TOTALLY worth it!

If you don't speak French, translate the page. It's a tradition, not only in Quebec, but in most of the north-east. We went to Le Rossingnol in Ste-Julie. I have had way better, but it was still good to get out with the family and do that with the kids.

Its gotta be a local thing like french fries gravy and cheese. I don't think that would do well outside of Quebec.....and maybe East London where they fry bread in bacon grease.
