3 years old site with great potential for sale!
 

Well, I'm not seeling anything. Sorry to dissapoint you.
Actually I am always on market looking for more (mostly mainstream) sites to buy and each single month I spot few of those "great potential" sites which owner wants to sell after 2-3-4 years of running them and the same sites didn't moved anywhere so I always ask myself: where the fuck is that potential if you didn't accomplish anything with them in those 2-3-4 years!?!
Each time these days when I see "great potential" phrase I always just skip that ad.

you should ask your self if that guy has the money to invest into them, to develop a strategy and follow it so they can grow and get more traffic, get a better ranking in SE etc... probably they think someone else will buy and continue investing...
