Tethering from the 401

Well I'm finally trying the iPhone tethering. Currently in the passenger seat on the 401 en route to Toronto and beyond. It's way faster than I thought it would be. I had visions of slow, 14.4ish speeds.

I bet this eats up my data plan pretty fast, though.

out here in LA, I have unlimited data, but if I enable the tethering I have to choose from 1GB 2GB or max of 3GB, so far on my iphone I dont really use that much but if I tether I am confident i could easily eat that up

I just got a 1gig plan for now. It's pricey in Canada!
