Remember 45's ?
 

I still have a ton of them in boxes in the basement....

I think I have about 4-5 45's, but hundreds of albums

I used to have heaps of 45s.

I even had a few 78s from my Nan.:D

CD's don't have that rich sound.

78s... oh yeah I remember those. Weren't they big, heavy black discs?

I don't know, but if you would like to hook up I could let you know after an hour or two. :D

Hey Chris, I took a whole bunch of my favourites and digitized them... :o) It's awfully time-consuming, but a lot of fun to bring them back to life. All you need is a turntable and a computer, so you're half way there!

Do I! lol I have a few of them at my parent's place my dad is an avid collector. He has about 5,000 records! I've got all mine there, only about 100 records and a handful of 45's. He still has a record player but rarely uses it. He has about 500 CDs too. lol My dad had the latest Nine Inch Nails CD before I did, he is very cool like that. :)

The only 45 i can think of having i bought when i was 13....... the Canadian version of Band Aid, Evil Chris do you remember the name of the song and the band name they used? LOL I'll give you a booby prize if you do! Or any other Canadians, b/c I'm SURE no one in the US ever even heard it! lol

I just found a box of my old 45's.... Little Red Corvette and PacMan Fever jumps to mind::-|

and oh.. all you packrats better clean out the closet. Vinyl is so old, I'd hate to think of what else you guys have saved in there!!
