Anyone know of anyone that can setup a UK Corporation without having to pay a few thousand to get setup?

Yep. Do you just want something incorporated, or are you after incorporation, registered office address, filing of statutory paperwork (annual return, accounts, etc.), bookkeeping and so on?

If your sole requirement's for an EU company, then you might want to consider Gibraltar - no requirement to file accounts, bit of a tax haven, still in the EU. Jon at http://www.formaco.gi is worth talking to.
