Why do the French Canadian pornstars have English names!

I know there are alot of French Canadians on this board, so I figure I should ask here.:)
We got Sweet Nicky, Judy Star, Daisy Foxxx, Lanny Barbie, Krystina Young, Mariah Shane, Tangerine Dream, Amy-Lee, etc. what's with the English names?

Probably more appeal to US viewers?

Probably because they want to be stars in the US & the world even more than Canada or Quebec. English is the world's 2nd language.

Ha but don't Americans find French girls names cute? I know alot of them that love French names, they luv Clara Morgane, Laure Sinclaire, etc. :)

most of the girls you named started off as Feature dancers ... so they toured Quebec and Ontario for the most part .. Tangerine for one has featured straight across canada, Japan, France and the US. So an english name was really a professional choice. it's proven to be more effective.

Tangerine dream and Jenny Ryder

Another good example would be Judy Star, she only spoke french till about a year and a half ago, and her career has exploded from it !
