Just curious, approx. what % of joins are produced by your webmasters?

I would take a stab at this by saying the *vast* majority.... like 90% or more for most.
Unless one has paid traffic deals with the likes of Google etc...
Or if you have awesome type-in traffic.

Hey, I think there's also about 20-30% of the traffic sent by webmasters that loose their refcodes on the way, is that correct? Like, people that have cookies off and other stuff like that?
