I know a lot of you guys moonlight doing one thing or another to help make ends meet. So what do you do?

My latest moonlighting job is pretty damn cool. I am going to be an assistant to the famous photographer Earl Miller while he is shooting here in Montreal. :D

I've been thinking about gettng back into cooking....porn has gotten boring......that's why I started getting into the webmaster shows (like the one in my sig ;-))), pill products, etc.

Running adult sites has been my only job for a few years now. I'm starting to explore some mainstream projects but nothing that's producing revenue yet. It's always good to have something to fall back on just in case.

I have a couple of pet projects on the side.
I wouldn't consider it moonlighting though... Mostly speculation.

Soph and Mister X... congrats on assisting Earl Miller! He's quite the photographer. I'm sure you'll pick up some pointers if you pay close attention. :)

i've been thinking about bartending at night for fun. it's always something i've wanted to do. i guess it would be considered moonlighting, but i would be doing it more as an experiment i think.

I wish I would have started bartending when I was younger. I would love to do that on the side. But if I were to start now I would be at the bottom of the totem poll and have to learn everything. I think it would take too long to make decent $.

I wish I had a part time job! I don't need the $, but I desperately need an excuse to get out of the house now & then. Interraction with real people can be painful at times after spending so much time at my desk. Maybe I'm becoming agoraphobic?

I've been doing a real estate correspndence course just for something different to do and might actually enroll in a real school for it...I don't really want to sell houses, but I'd love to become a developer and build shit...I've never been great at manual labor, but watching these design shows has stirred my creative juices

Now I'm mostly into buying furniture at auction houses and reselling them at antique shop. I also like to dabble in real estate as a broker and consultant.

I feel the same way as far as missing the interaction with other people during the day. I find we can get into a slump of never leaving our damn computers and not know or care what time or day it is. I now try to get out of the house for an hour or two every afternoon just to enjoy the nice day, take a walk on the canal or rollerblade and spend the rest of the day removing small stones from ass after falling:-)

I hope we aren't related! I wouldn't want to start feeling guilty because of incestuous thoughts. :p

I am in an office with 2 or 3 other people most of the time but I still get stir crazy and depressed if i don't get out and about once in a while. I'm only a medium walk away from parc maisonneuve but it seems that every time I think of going there it's raining. Like now... lol.

So I put in my week assisting Earl Miller and it was definitely interesting. The biggest thing is the lonnnnnnng days. The shortest day was 14 hours I think. And he only does 2 shoots in that time. He shoots between 8 and 10 rolls (36 frames) on the first shoot and between 5 and 7 on the second shoot usually. The actual shooting is usually done fairly fast. 5 to 10 frames of variations of each shot usually. The rest of the time is spent setting up the shot and setting the lighting. Earl has a very exacting eye for detail when he shoots so everything has to be perfect. All in all a very interesting experience.

My next moonlighting job will be coming up in a month or so. Sophdream is opening a club in Longeuil so I will be working there 3 or 4 days a week. Well 3 or 4 nights actually. So stay tuned for news of that. There will probably be a big party at the opening. The bar is located about 4 blocks off of boul taschereau so it is very convenient to get to if you take the jacques cartier from montreal. The lovely Sophie will be working behind the bar so I think i will be pretty happy with this job! :p

What kinda club will Sophdream will open and what kinda music will be played there?

It's going to be fairly small club with girls from the website as waitresses and I think it's going to be dance/hiphop type music mostly. It will probably be open 3 days a week from 9PM. Sounds like there will be a trip to daytona given away every night and other things like wet-t contests, etc. to make it interesting. A slightly older crowd is what Sophie is aiming for. 25 and over type of thing. There will be more details as it gets closer to opening.

Have sophie contact me for some promotional work on the club, we've been doing promotions with the following clubs: Element. Castle, THE LOFT, and Industry to name a few .. we also have a three hour live spot on 94 Radio Energy.

THis Week I move ! Into my new digs ! A loft space for my office in PArk extention and a 8000 Sq foot studio space ... Got a huge deal cummin down the pipe line for content so there will be plenty of work for everyone.

Lastly I'm opening yet another strip bar. This time in the Village, A male strip club open to women sunday to thursday, Friday and saturday to men only ... the DOuble X erotic Lounge will be opening it's door in a couple of weeks .. look for it !
