Do they work i have seen a few around !

Yes they work but I'm biased :)
Some use them as primary sponsor others as an alternative billing method.

dialers do work, but it depends on the kind of dialer and if they have a good payout. I have a few clients that doing really well with our Euro/Intn'll traffic if you start sending traffic to a dialer.
