I quit smoking, HELP
 

This is day 4 of not smoking. My room mate smokes but it doesn't bother me. The constant being on the edge and about to SNAP is bothering me however! lol

I'm working out and eating better, haven't had a beer in 4 days too omg didn't realize that! LOL

BLAH i have quit before but this is by far the WORST EVER!

Hey Shann LOL 4 days not smoing most be hell huh? Well girl I hope you keep it up and stay smoke free. Look at it this way, your gonna save a bunch of money cuz of it. :D

Good luck with it Shann. I'm thinking about quitting again soon as well. I did pretty good the last time... I quit for about 3 months. But each time I go to a convention, I fall back on it again. :(

Tonight is the true test, I'm going to attempt to NOT smoke but drink! lol

The conventions are killer for smoking, I know so many people who started again during partying/stressing at conventions, hope I'm ok when i go back to Vancouver cause I know I will be partying then!

Good luck Shann I havent tried to quit it must be hell... I turn into a snappy mofo after a few hours let alone 1 day lol... 1 of these days I'll have to quit too! Not looking forward to that :eek:

Quit drinking until you aren't in dire need of smoking. I have made it 8 days, one night of drinking totally messed me up, two weeks is some kind of turning point I keep hearing, Thats when your body is supposedly nicotine free. Keep it up, good luck and Don't fail like I have so many times.
