I watched him debate, I was not convinced.

Who were the other candidates?

He's got money, charm, and charisma. I wasn't convinced by his speeches either. But, he played the game well. The Terminator movies were airing again. A&E had a biography on him airing. A couple other stations had Arnold this, Arnold that airing. Basically, every channel you flipped to or most popular magazines all had something about Arnold. Besides that, he's married to Kennedy blood.
