Ok first of all I don't want to sound naive...but how much of this site is real?
If your not familiar with their videos they have footage from "college" parties where of course things get wild (much like Girls Gone Wild style-wise)
Now I think they may actually go to frat parties (there are far too many people present for it to be all staged) but they bring a few ringers to get things going.


What do you guys think?

And is this really legal since a lot of the people seen in it would have no knowledge that they are going to be in a porn. And any consent they give would be useless since they are obviously intoxicated.

Is the nature of entertainment not partially defined by it's content? Showing "What happens at Frat parties" is substantially different than " Look at this sex act that we paid these people to perform"

The entire porn industry is driven by creation and presentation of fantasy. We all know that real life is a different thing alltogether. Producing porn is not about showing sex...sex is usually pretty ugly and not as marketable as porn. I'm sure the parties are real...and people are obviously really having sex. But they are staged just the same. Things like that don't just "happen" with the twitch of a nose. It takes some finesse and proactive planning.
