my puter died one night when this really big storm took out the power here in brisbane. I had put it in for repair but over a few weeks it seemed to go back to the repair shop more times that it was worth. In that time i had been logging on using the one in the video shop down the corner.

I ended up leaving the old one out on garbo night and had fun watching people pull up and get out to take a look at it.

Some poor person has ended up with that old heap.

Got myself a fresh one now.. so its time to move forward..

Almost the same thing happend to us a couple years ago.
An electrical storm completely fried our old PC. I mean FRIED it. From the power supply to both hard-drives to every card stuck on the motherboard.

So I went out and bought a new PC and a new laptop the next day.
I love shopping for electronics. :D
