Why does this question always come up? When you start dating someone or when a bunch of people are together drinking and having fun! Does it matter?!?

Q. Why does this question always come up?
A. When a couple start dating and the topic moves towards sex, people start to wonder
if they will be the first for that partner or not.

Q. Does it matter?
A. 1) Yes if the person asking the question is thinking / hoping of a more longer term relationship with that person and is concerned about STD's

A. 2) No as there are some events that are best kept closed.

Q. How many have YOU been with?

A. Being open about the number of partners one might have had is answered by; "No as there are some events that are best kept closed."

It is also that a man may have had many sex partners, but he doesn't want marriage to a woman who has sex with many men.

Reason behind this I feel that it is becuase the couple may share some nice memories and common interests, but IF the relationship fails, love is replaced with sex
and experimentation and IF love fails, you or your partner maybe wanting to be loved and looks elsewhere to be loved.

I tend to stay away from that topic. Anytime it comes up, I just say something like "Doesn't matter, this is the only one that matters" and embellish that idea. If it's about STDs and stuff, fine I'll even go ahead and do a test if I have to. A number won't say if you're clean or not.

I had a girl that was a bit concerned because of the industry that I work in. Even though I explained that I don't do content, and even at the shows, I don't really care about that stuff, she didn't like it. She thought every day was an orgy. So eventually we broke up.

ok, Im not gonna get into to many details but me and my girlfriend have been together for many many years and both of us are very sexual and adventurous people and have had the pleasure of experiancing many beautiful women together. However many partners your partner has had is something I think we all try to lock out.. it's probably best that way.. as they say, when you have sex with a person you're having it with not just them.. but everybody that *they* had sex with.. I never talk about this nor do I ask my girl about it. I always say as little as possible about the past. I don't even ask how many b/f's and never say any names of any of my old g/f's unless I know we will come in contact with the on a regular basis, just so the isn't anything in the closet.
