10 000 bucks, Hosting no issue, what to do?
 

What would you do?

You got 10,000 bucks, dedicated box with inexpensive hosting and a head full of idea's.....discuss!

Do you have traffic also ???

Well the point of the thread is, if I was to start a new project from scratch with the above tools.. or anyone here what would you do?? So let's say no traffic but there is 10K there to play with for some traffic.

Are we talking general business plan, or are we talking about what niche to chase?

I'm saying double/triple your money..what would be your approach? The industry changes so quickly.. one method 2 years ago or 2 months ago may not work today.. what would you do to make the most of your 10K and get a nice return?

first spend some time really searching for the perfect domain, somehting thats gonna stick in someones head but also pull really good SE hits. Pick a niche I like to work with and am into myself and work from there. Now depending on what type of site your wanting, weather its a paysite, TGP, freesite whatever would determine what type of traffic youwant but I would drop about 1k into traffic to start off just to test the site. Now thats just somehting to get going with, that 1k in traffic should flow at a steady pace but slow enough that it gives you time to work out exactly what direction your going.

This was a hypothetical, I have a pretty sweet plan in place and have been involved in many things over the years and now I add www.gallerytrafficservice.com to my list.

My primary web business is sex toys and I have 3 new sex toy related business opening up soon and we are hunting for retail as we speak. I also do reselling. So you now see what I am doing with my money, investments and hosting.

I wanted to hear some other idea's, I am not looking to "tief" someone's goods but get some business flow going on in here.

I figure I laid out a pretty good starting plan for anyone with the means you refer to

As you might already see the idea I have in place by the email I sent yourself. Planing to buy traffic, I would say over the next 2 years it will be something around that 10k.

Monaro, I think your best bet is to get a wholesaler that is more local, otherwise the costs will add up and shrink profit margins. I will let you in on a secret when it comes about that can get your products drop shipped for you for a pretty good price.
