Mr EvilChris, please next time your speaking to Bill Gates..

Dear Chris,
I have a question that I am trying to solve.

Microsoft Access 2002 V 10.26
Question; Could I request a suggestion on a problem I am facing.

Inside a macro I have a command line on the runapp tag ie:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\EXCEL.EXE "V:\quoteregisterr\emailquoteform.xls"

This is where I send the data when starting a new quote.
Now I would like to see if, Can I call a completed quote back?

Problem I am finding is ie;
LookFor = InputBox("Please enter a Quote Number:", "Search Database")

Could I get some suggestions on how to use the LookFor function
on the command line inside the MSaccess runapp tag?

Thanks in advance Chris.

Mark

Mark, I will definitely have to talk to Bill on this one.

Reason being, I don't have a clue how to work with Microsoft Access.
Sorry I couldn't be of service...

Can anyone help monaro out with this one?

Bill Gates being very smart, and very elite, what makes you think that he works with Access? Heck, his home desktop is probably Linux ! :D

Beside, he doesn't have to work with any of them, he just pays others to do the job.

I never used Access. Have you tried the forum on the Microsoft Access site? http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm....public.access

Feynman,
Yes I agree with you on the fact that he is very smart and to think that
to become very elite, one self would have to capitalize on opportunity.
MSAccess tho, I would say that he did work with access at one stage as he created a database that he does not want you to see.
