Hi Mark

I have been into the post office in re-the parcel you sent that I didnt receive.. they can't do anything my end.. it's up to the person who sent it to go into the PO that they sent it from to fill in a search form..

its like a bill of lading, or a waybill.... the multipage form you fill out when you send a FEDEX type shipment.

the aussies call them "cons or"connotes" which means "consignment notes"

The only reason i know, is because i got a request one time to develop a system to "scan the cons" Seriously, i thought it was from a prison...turns out it was a trucking company in Australia...

btw, I wrote down the next "connote" so it will be easier to follow up on this next package I sent to you this afternoon. Did you know that you can ship a large carton up to 20kgs for less than 20 bucks? Dam cheap Australia postage prices. Also the reliability is second to none as you received your first package. Not like some northern Countries I'm reading. =)
