Not gonna be around much
 

Just wanted to let you guys know that I start school Sept 14th, its just for 3 weeks in the evening to get my Real Estate license. My Mom has hers already and wants to pay for my school and then us open our own real estate agency. Gonna be weird beign back in school, hell its been almost 10 years.

Believe me you wont even really notice I am gone, just a littl eless bullshit to deal with for a couple hours a night. I will be sure to send someone to your house to peek in your bush..I mean bushes so yo uwont miss me to much...;0

Good luck with it, realtors are strange people.... It is a great business if you put in the time though, my mother does pretty well at it.

yea I am very excited about it. My mom has went from being new and in last place in an agency of 200+ realtors total to being 22nd and she has only been at it for 3 months. She just closed on a 450K bed and breakfast and made a VERY nice commission on that so the potential is very exciting. Im not leaving this biz just adding somehting else to my portfolio, true hustlers hustle a million different ways.

The school will be teaching you how to "pass" the realtors exam
The real educating begins at whatever brokers office you decide to work out of. (If it works that way in your state. You have to be a broker here in order to have your own office.

I was a broker in MN for a few years (mostly doing estate sales, cause you had to have a brokers lic there to sell other peoples property)

I had my realestate license here in MI for awhile (mostly to buy houses and not have to pay some schmuck)

I think you'll do well at it...

Yes the class is to get you ready for the test you take. All I am doing for now is getting the license so I can help my mom with all her business and slowly work my way into doing it more and more.
