BTW Evasive Angel was the company that employed Darren James during his trip to Brazil where it's believed that he got the Hiv virus .. also Evasive Angel is the same company that hired Lara Roxx and Jessica Dee for unprotected sex with Darren James

I think it fits. These companies have to be responsible, and held accountable where applicable.

Could be very bad news for the whole California porn industry.

From that it would seem that no condom sex is now going to be punishable by heavy fines in California porn shoots. And the way that is written it seems to mean no BJ or pussy licking without latex between genitals and tongue either.

I guess it was bound to happen eventually but it may end up doing more harm than good. If it pushes most of the porn industry out of califonia they will no longer be under the thumb of some of the questionable people in charge of "regulating" things out there. That would be good. BUT they will probably be moving to a someplace with no real regulation and nothing like AIM. Flawed and crooked as it is it's better than nothing.

i'm not too sure how this will affect the Industry but it kinda makes me go hmmmm when i watch new porn without protection. while watching, i may be thinking wow she is hot or nice cuch, etc; when i see no condom it kinda makes me get all germy, feel compelled to wash my hands, etc.

i feel really bad for the folk that contracted the hiv and wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy, ever. there has to be a way to do better stricter pre-shoot testing, arrest transmission or some fucking thing, npi.

if these outbreaks keep on keeping on we could always recycle the old stuff. i haven't seen any porn with legwarmers and hair schrunchie in a long time. bring back the funk, the shag carpet and that car with the bird on the hood.
