industry veteran leader such as Bob.
If I had been given an opportunity like the female
members here today have been given to personally
submit my feelings and concerns. I would have

Reread your post a second time and can see where my remarks might have been misinterpreted...

On first reading I thought you were simply looking for what ladies liked most about Xnations; but it appears that this contest is geared more to reaching out to female webmasters in an honest effort to seek out issues they might not want to voice in an open forum. That requires a certain degree of trust and my quip could have jeopardized
it.

Having worked with YNOT years ago with Rick, Bangwang and Khan; I like to bust Bob's chops as the 'new kid'. However; he really isn't new anymore and has done nothing but a FANTASTIC job with YNOT since taking over the helm.

Please be assured ladies that my jest at Bob collecting email addresses was only that... a joke. I encourage you to speak up and voice your comments and concerns to Bob as he will listen (as well as hear).

Be assured I feel that you meant no harm. I would like to reach out to you right now and explain myself for working in a team Matt, Bob in creating such a
contest as the one before us here. I am aware of the importance of the female webmaster presence in the industry and feel that here at XNations we are privileged to be able to liaise in both technical and eventful experiences with each other and carry out business ventures which lead us to where we want to be.
